
Hi, I'm Anne
Personal training is my second act. Fitness has not always come easy for me, and I have first-hand experience with its many barriers: busy schedules, family obligations, and health and life setbacks.
As a result, I have a strong understanding of what it takes to incorporate fitness with life, and I take an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to helping my clients achieve their goals.
I work with adults of all ages and abilities, with a special focus on older adults, those with chronic illness, and those with obesity.
My approach starts with understanding your fitness goals and collaborating with you to create a realistic plan—using research and science-backed methodologies—to help you reach your goals and find lasting strength, confidence and energy.

What to Expect

Free Consultation
Your first session with me is free.
We'll meet, assess your current fitness, review your goals and potential obstacles, and discuss a plan. Most importantly, this will give you a no-obligation opportunity to learn more and meet me.
If time permits, we'll do a short baseline workout.

Training Sessions
Most of my clients train with me 1-3 times a week. Each session is between 45-60 minutes long.
I will come to your home (or agreed-upon location) at a designated time, with any equipment that will be needed for the workout.

Pricing
Currently, I am charging by the session and am running introductory rates of $85/session ($750 for 10). This includes my travel time.
For couples and small groups (up to 4 people), add $10 for each additional person.
